That is like... I guess it's fried rice... in the sense that it's rice... and fried.Mrs. Chikken bought me a wok for my birthday so I can stop ruining her pans.
I make a lot of improper fried rice with leftover meats.
No vegetables because they’re nasty.
Add cup of pre-cooked rice to avocado oil, then meat, some sweet chili sauce.
Drop a couple of eggs in the wok, whisk in place, dump a ton of cayenne powder in.
Add garlic paste and ginger paste, stir maniacally.
Let fry a couple minutes then sprinkle with soy sauce.
Wait until the soy sauce finishes boiling off, then serve.
