Ya, some people are addicts and some are casual users.

it's the combo of drugs and alcohol that worries me. I have no problem with alcohol or drugs on their own (I'm not much for the latter myself but I don't judge), but it doesn't matter if you're a seasoned vet or a nooblet, mixing them is dangerous. I'm STILL not judging, to be clear, it just makes me worry.

I think what he meant was percs and oxies are Coated now and extended release. For the active part to be active all at once(at least for oxies) they have to be shaved crushed baked and then I believe chilled.
